Haha, I love that these movies enrage you as much as they do me. They are making a third one, by the way, it's all yours to review. I don't think I can watch Elise on screen ever again, my blood pressure goes up. I found this installment to be needlessly complicated (maybe it was the booze).

"I mean, who's asking? As you may remember, I often become very impatient with origin stories, and this attitude is basically making an origin story not just for the movie's main character, but for the way two characters in the movie met, that guy's distinctive motorcycle jacket, that lamp back there, almost literally WHATEVER."

Over the weekend I attended Boston Supermegafest (Micky Dolenz signed a Monkees album for me, score! I also met Sharknado's Ian Ziering, nice guy! Okay, I didn't really meet Ian but I stood near him for a while and took pictures of him). Anyway, I bought a bootleg set of the complete run of Freddy's Nightmares (anthology TV show from the 80s). The first episode, directed by Tobe Hooper, was a prequel to A Nightmare on Elm Street. We see Freddy in court (in Freddy attire) and we see him get off on a technicality. Later a cop and some townsfolk burn him alive and, bam, Freddy is created. Yawn. I'm totally with you on prequels.

Everyone, go see Interstellar, it's terrific!

I don't care which one of you watches the third one as long as it isn't me. Nice job deconstructing the suckage, Octopunk.

I think Scooby-dooing could be another glossary term. You have to review the third, these angry reviews are priceless.
