People compare Megan Fox to Angelina Jolie, and Megan Fox herself compares herself to Angelina Jolie.
Well, I just watched Wanted, and all I can say is, in her dreams.
I mean, not that this is the most important part, but look at their names: "Angelina Jolie" "Megan Fox" Even her name is a cut-rate version of Angelina's name; from exotic "angel" to skank "fox."
I'd never heard of these comparisons until that post five days ago. I'm not a member of the cult of Angelina but the notion strikes me as patently absurd.
Megan Fox is indeed hot (my favorite description of her was "the factory-built Megan Fox from a Transformers review), but so are a lot of other young, famous actresses. Is it just the superficial resemblance that started this? Foolish of her to take it up. "The most famous and successful actress of the day? Yeah, I'm like her."
Octopunk and I agree about so many topics -- movies and pretty girls not the least of them -- so I'll just never understand why he's "not a member of the cult of Angelina." (I know I've made this point before.)
I actually think Reese Witherspoon is the most successful actress...she was certainly the "highest paid actress" (which tends to reflect box office) not more than two years ago.

My favorite description of Fox was in also in a review of Transformers (maybe in the Village Voice).
They referred to her as "a piece of she-plastic called Megan Fox."
