In theory I love roller coasters but there is definitely a diminishing return as one gets older. My favorite recent rollercoaster experience (in terms of sheer motion as opposed to the wonderful decor of Disneyland's stuff) was The Manta at Sea World. Thrilling launch without the standard drop, but with no upside-down nonsense.
Unfortunately I can't go to Sea World anymore because the documentary Blackfish revealed that they are fucking evil.

50P nailed it: Where's the 4D-ness? Futurama nailed it in an episode with the Professor's "dimensional drift," which included props to Flatland.
