Actually, one of the things I'm planning to do today as Blog Content Guy was to move that 2012 post back to the top to re-open discussion. I've watched the trailers a couple of times now and there's more I wanted to say.
I guess after Independence Day, Deep Impact, War of the Worlds and Armageddon, the logical next step (that I never thought of myself) is to ACTUALLY destroy the world (rather than merely hinting at it).
I've gone shot-by-shot through the HD version of the trailer. I LOVE the crack through the Sistine Chapel ceiling; it's like the burning swastika on the crate in the hold in Raiders of the Lost Ark.
Hey now, I just got my first look at the blog today. I've been out all day, give a sister a break man!

[Image] My remarks about the awesome-looking new disaster movie 2012 just below are the latest in a series of Jordan posts that nobody seems to care about (except octopunk, who's kind enough to spare me a sardonic remark out of pity in between his diaper-changes and Spider-Man archivia). Was it something I said? Where's the love? (I put serious research into these things!) :)
