I think the 90s is the decade I have the hardest time getting a fix on. It's kind of like the way people used to talk about the 'Seventies (i.e. as the spillover of the 60s and the 80s in both directions). So much 90s stuff is dying 1980s stuff and so much of it is 21st century stuff that isn't really ready yet.
