ARGH! (That was an Argh of frustration in case you were wondering...)
Saturday night is the Cross/Jones "adults only" dinner night since it's the first night we are all in town. It is hosted by our sister; I don't think our part of the Horrorthon crew could make it. Unless it goes very late in the evening maybe?? We might be able to swing something late night...
on saturday mr. ac and i will be heading back home after three whole days of family in NY/CT, so if we have even a shred of energy and/or good humor left between the two of us, we'll be there. if not, you wouldn't want us anyway.
I'll definitely be there, and the snow will too, which at the moment I'm cursing. Yesterday I shoveled for two hours, and today I had to dig myself out of a parking spot. #$%% you snow!
Whirlygirl - I kinda know how you feel. Why just yesterday there was a cloud that looked like it was going to block the sun for a couple of minutes but fortunately it passed by without incident.
As DCD said that night is a big gathering of our family, and Julie and I are just arriving (via red-eye) on the East Coast that morning. I would of course love to be there, but I'm not sure how well I'll be holding up at that point.

So, from what I can gather, there could be a potential gathering of JPX, Whirlygirl, Catfreeeek, Tony, Stan, JSP, Hunter Jay Gately, those four interlopers mentioned above, with love, and MAYBE DCD, Desroc, AC, Mr AC, Octopunk & Julie (WTF? This coast???). You've got to be kidding me. Who's missing from this phalanx? Besides Puffinslayer?
Maybe I'm mistaken in my assessment of attendees. But if that's the potential, then THAT's ridiculous. Jordan, I don't know what your plans are, but I'll personally pay for your plane ticket from wherever you are on the 26th. Ditto nowandzen and miko. Where have you fuckers been??? Don't know you to save my life, but I'll pay for a red-eye to get you to East Coast Horrorthon Mega Super Awesome Fest 09, December 26th.
[Image] There has been a lot of whispering and speculation and I’m here to set the record straight. The rumors are true, Horrothon’s very own JSP will be making a rare East Coast visit this week and I think it would be fun to have a meet-n-greet. Originally the idea of meeting at the Cinema Pub was suggested, but we concluded that this wouldn’t be conducive for a lot of conversation. Last year we met at Snookers, which has since relocated, for an evening of pool and booze. Given JSP’s brief visit and busy schedule, it appears that Saturday night would be the best evening to meet up - any objections to meeting at the new Snookers? More importantly, who’s in?

My east coast trip is quick and dirty. Flying overnight Wednesday, going to Deep River, CT on X-Mas and flying back Sunday.
I'd love to see you Octo but if not, Jamie and I and a couple of others are planning an LA trip in January (seriously this time).
