great frigging birthday. highlights had to be the kubrick exhibit at lacma. some really nice artifacts in there: minor props, outfits, behind the scenes production notes and letters.
played music at my favorite bar in downtown LA. octo made it out to that part and seemed like he had a good time. was overwhelmed by all the friendship.
and i finally roll in here and am met with an as yet untapped well of it. you're all really rad. thanks for the postingness.

[Image] I got so excited about Spider-Man I almost forgot what's really important: one of our resident youngsters is one year less young today! This picture is recycled from an earlier birthday, but me and the fam are heading out today to glom onto some of 50P's several-hour-long celebration, and I'll slap up something more recent (if people his age still show up on film.)
I was going to get him a nice book, but I couldn't find one that had blank pages after page 50, so what's the point?
