In reference to the cover up.....I live in CT as well and have been following the story along with another one involving BLUE in Bristol. Sickening. They're just a group that is above the law. If that had been you or I we would have been given a breathalyzer or had to go to the hospital for a blood test. I'm sick of it!
I've been to that cove. It's a neat little spot. Had to bushwack through stinging nettles though, so long pants are a plus. The square shape of the cove appears to be man made. I'm guessing it was a gravel pit or something.
I always use my bike pant whenever I use my bike. Your blog post is very useful and interesting. So much thanks for the nice blog post and keep sharing your ideas, its an honor.
It is a manmade cove, also called white oaks. the cove was made as a part of the I-91 Project and was a dredging pit.
The property backing up to the Cove is largely privately owned by Goodwin College and the Wethersfield Game Club. Careful which way you take in, you could be trespassing and the area is patrolled.
you have posted some great picture if natural stuff, including cave..:)

[Image] As you may or may not know, there's a new pants place on Pratt Street. More specifically, there's a denim place. It's called the Hartford Denim Co.; they make and fix pants. They fixed the crotch of the pants I'm wearing right now and yesterday they fixed the crotch of Johanna's pants. They do a good job. I'm saving up to buy a pair of their tricked out pants that last for a million years. TJ has a pair and hasn't had to take them off in a month! After work, Johanna's pants and I went on a little trip. [Image]
View secret cove in a larger map It was poetic and dark. I took some pictures. The pants enjoyed the trip. Whilst exploring the secret cove actually got turned around and felt a little lost. That added to the poetic nature. [Image] [Image][Image] If you go check it out, make sure there aren't any cars parked nearby even if you're wearing orange. It's a popular hunting and target shooting spot and you end up down range from the target shooting.
[Video] On a more serious note, you've probably seen the front page news about poor Henry Dang. That sounds like a fucked up cover up to me.

it's ten to fix holes. I'm not sure what they charge for a whole big reenforcement thing. email them, they'll get back to you promptly.

Do they sew sew-ups?
Seriously, what a cool idea to mend and make jeans.
