I read on Crankfire that Chesire Cycle is going to run their cross event again. I want to build a MonsterX rig but probably won't have it ready in time.
To be honest right now I just really need to get the old mountain rig cleaned up and back on the trail, its been 2 years!!! Who ever thought I'd turn into a roadie! Not I!
[Image] Does anyone know if they still hold that 'cross race in Southington? I've decided I want to shiver and do poorly in a new kind of racing this year. The only New England races I could find are Northampton and further away. Let me know.

We could probably just set up a race where we have to carry our bikes a a lot like they are doing in the picture, no need to drive so far away.
In all seriousness I dont think I've ever seen a cross race. Be interesting to check out as long as I wasn't losing it.
