Ha. After getting lost looking at the pictures of sweet cars, I almost forgot what the cause was for. I wish I was able to go to that. How great is it when we can show off beautiful cars and help a worthy cause such as a charity for kids. Thanks for posting. I hope the event raised enough funds!

I shall try to keep this blog post short and simple, but with plenty of pictures for all of ya to check out ok. Earlier on Sunday I was at Bangsar Village for the Dream Cars @ Bangsar Village event - it was a charity event, for the Kids for Kids' Charity. Apart from nice cars, it was also to promote the upcoming All Martial Arts Exhibition (AMAE) and Fight Nights. The event is co-organised with JT Cars - a premium importer and distributor of luxury cars. I heard that the event was for invites only - BUT thankfully, and thanks to the nice fellas from Bangsar Village as well as my good friend from JTCars, I was invited to participate in the event. [Image]The event at Bangsar Village. [Image]An array of supercars all at the valet lane of Bangsar Village. [Image]...and then guess what this chic was taking pictures of... [Image]This guy =) Yes, I would think that topless guys tend to attract girls. [Image]Especially when there are 3 of them. [Image]The organizers of the event. ...anyways, like what I said, it was a charity event. Shoppers could buy a ticket for a ferry ride in a supercar for RM30. It was my 2nd time doing such a charity - the first being the one at Sepang few years back. I was excited of course - so I joined 80 other supercar owners in ferrying the shoppers around. In total, I did 10 rounds; I guess I managed to raise RM300 =) [Image]The flagoff... Anyways, what cars were there? [Image]The traffic jam in front of Bangsar Village. [Image]A Ferrari F430. [Image]Oooo.... our beloved LOTUS is here too =) [Image]Nice number plate on a Ferrari 599GTB - who were the highlights of the event. [Image]A Ferrari California. [Image]My personal favourite - a Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4. [Image]And then there were plenty of Porsches too. [Image]Another Gallardo... [Image]A hardcore James Bond fan - with a Aston Martin DBS. [Image]A Lamborghini 670-4 SV - a rare one indeed. [Image]A classic Lamborghini Diablo. [Image]Another Murcielago. =) [Image]How about this one for a classic 911 Turbo? [Image]Another LOTUS... LOTUS Malaysia were very supportive; they brought along a huge contingent to join the event. [Image]A Ferrari F355 =) [Image]Last but not least.... the latest Ferrari - the Ferrari 458 Italia =) [Image]Awesome ride... I'm lookin forward to the next supercar event! I think it's gonna be a blasttt!!!

I got to know this event too late. I would love to do some charity besides have a ride in the supercars.
