There was a piece on Fox, yesterday about him hammering Holder and ATF over the rifles found at the scene of the shooting of the Border Patrol Agent. Mostly on why the guy who bought them could get them out there to other bad guys when ATF knew he was illegally making purchases.
Yeah, I know. Spent half an hour on the phone with her this morning, plus Mike and I have been communicating with her producer since yesterday.

This demonstrates the senator is serious about this and will not tolerate willful noncompliance. It also marks a serious miscalculation on the part of ATF bureaucrats and their Department of Justice handlers, and has produced what, for them, is no doubt the unintended consequence of steeling Grassley's resolve to pursue his investigation over all attempts to refuse cooperation.
