Pretty amazing stuff. Of course, this is FedGov trolling by COL Benson. The desired outcome is a firestorm of online threats by "white racist tea party terrorists," the current FedGov boogyman, to justify Benson's disgusting scenario, leading to a self-fullfilling prophecy.
They lay out this scenario because it is the way they WANT it.
