Poverty causes gun crime [More] Shoot. I wish my parents and immigrant grandparents had known about that moral "out" back in the Depression.  Heck, I even qualified back in college, when I was renting a closet in a house where my bed touched three walls, working a minimum wage part-time job and going to school full time. 

What the Commie-in-Chief is saying is more than the moral equivalent of blaming rape victims for being attractive targets.  He's justifying savagery and evil.  He's approving it.
