I gotta say I'm impressed. This police department goes above and beyond the call of duty in its service to itself. Do you think there was some sort of menu? Like in a restaurant so you can order your service and pay the bribe?

[More]The good thing is, it's Baton Rouge, so as far as "Only One" baton rogues go, we can be pretty confident it's only a few bad apples and ought to be a pretty easy fix...right?
