here is an important question I don't see asked in the comments there, why could not this young man have shot someone assaulting him with a deadly weapon if he had been so equipped and inclined? In other words he was assaulted by a criminal with a deadly weapon, but the criminal wears a costume supplied by the state, does anyone believe if he had defended himself he would still be alive, even if he had successfully defended himself at the point of assault? We had better get law enforcement back in hand and subject to the same laws and consequences as the rest of us, or we'll all be back on the plantation "jes pickin dat cotton, boss"
