| Introduction | My name is Rachelle (pronounced Rachel), I am 29 years old and live in South Florida with my wonderful Fiancé. I have always loved to be in the kitchen, even as a child I remember sitting on the countertops watching my Mother cook and assisting her. I have never been big on going out to eat because I like to know exactly what I am eating, plus, it is a lot of fun to cook! My typical routine consists of putting an apron on (yes I really wear them), my music turned up loud and me going to town in the kitchen! To me, cooking is relaxing and very enjoyable. I decided to start a blog after many of my friends would ask me for my recipes. I had no idea it would be this much FUN! Thanks to all of you following me.
