| Introduction | I am a mother to 3 wonderful kids ages 3, 5, and 6 and I am married to an amazing man who serves in the US Navy. We currently are stationed here in Guam. A tiny Island in the North Pacific close to the Philippines. I've spend the last year making small changes here and there and have finally decided to make the big changes. I have set a lot of goals for myself this year to start eating right, exercise more, and get healthy. This is my way of sharing my journey in making a better life for my family. |
