Introduction	Brylun is a practicing attorney and a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School. He also holds a Master's Degree from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at Michigan. He is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa fraternity. He has honorably served with the U.S. military in Vietnam and Ethiopia, earning a Bronze Star, an Air Medal and six other medals and awards. He has worked for a branch of the National Security Agency and with the American Forces Radio and Television Service. He has also worked at the Federal Election Commission. His interests are national politics and international policy.
