| Introduction | Check 1..Check 1..2, are we on?Ok,Hi I’m Damith and I will be your blogger for today. Coming from Sri Lanka its not surprising that cricket flows within my veins .A fact that the Mrs. Is not too keen on, unfortunately. Having broken many a window with a couple of good whacks in the back yard, Id often settle down to read about cricket once my bat and ball were confiscated by my Mom. Thus my love affair with cricket literature began. The first book I ever read on cricket was Frank Tyson’s, a cricket coaching manual. Since then I have devoured many cricketing books and it only seems natural that Id try my hand at doing the same. Although I’m notorious for butchering the English language I hope you can bare to read through some of my random thoughts on this game we all love. When I pull on my flannels for a quick roll of the arm I can be quite a handful, if you are between the ages of 80-90 with vision impairments. Some have quoted my bowling as being a combination of the ridiculously inept Harmison in the 06 Ashes and an inform Mick Lewis.
