Introduction	I am a D.O.R.K .... Daughter of the Risen King and despite the fact that I have known my heavenly father for about 20+ years I never get used to such a stately position in life. I am a mom, friend, daughter, sister an aunt, Team Leader with the Pampered Chef and a speech pathologist. I am on the journey of my life after having RNY gastric bypass surgery in June and now having lost over 100 lbs. I have an affinity for all things quirky, including people. I am loyal to a fault which often gets me in trouble. I love the Lord Jesus with all my entire being and I'm learning to place my life in his hands each moment of everyday. I have 3 incredible children. I am passionate about my children, about our life and our home. I consider my place as their mother to be the highest calling I could have ever received. I hope to share a plethora of things on this blog. Information regarding my weight loss surgery, the struggles and the mountain tops. I hope to record our memories, life as a single mom and how Im learning to live life! So follow along on this journey of a lifetime.
