Introduction | I am a taga-luto, a Filipino word w/c means a cook/chef. I cook for 125 residents at a retirement home facility. I am also a food photographer novice. I like the instant gratification i get from people who taste my food. Most of my Filipino recipes especially the Cebuano recipes are from my Mom. I have some of them handwritten by her. How lucky could i be. I like sharing my recipes especially to my young relatives, who didn't have the privilege to taste or cook with my Mama. Majority of my recipes are Filipino and to be specific, Cebuano hence the Bisaya jud kaayo=:) |
