Introduction Epicurean Raconteur, artist, painter, writer, film maker, photographer, teacher and epicurean raconteur. He attended the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, studying fine arts in '64, '65, '66 and '69. During the Viet Nam War he attended the U.S. Army Cinematography School and attended the Leica School of Photography in Wetzler, Germany. He served in Germany as a combat cameraman and cinematographer with the world famous 69th Photo Company. He is a world traveler, renaissance man and gourmand. He resided and worked film production in Europe and Africa for over seven years before he returned to live and work in film & TV in the United States. Style Magazine wrote that "Wilbur M. Reeling is a Baltimore Art Notable" In 1994 he was selected as the TV Food Network's first executive producer and director for the Washington DC, Maryland, Mid-Atlantic region because of his close ties to some the World's best European Chefs and his extensive knowledge of food. Reeling's studio for the last ten years has been the Historic Water Front Community of Fells Point, Maryland but now resides on the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay where he paints and is a restaurant consultant.
