| Introduction | ----------- Yes, I am a mother. Before I was blessed with this role I was just myself, Suzanne. I'm not a little girl anymore although at times I feel very exposed and vulnerable. There are days when I truly can't believe this is my life. Pinch me, do I really have a husband, twin girls and a son? I had such a hard time imagining I would ever be a wife and mother. It was my dream and I'm actually living it. Seriously, pinch me. I'm writing so that I can memorialize special and challenging times; so that my children will someday see me as someone other than their mother and simply a woman. |
