| Introduction | My name is Jim and I'm a Transportation Security Inspector for the TSA. I work out of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) with a primary focus on compliance and enforcement of aviation security regulations. I have been with the TSA since 2002 and began my career in compliance at McCarran International Airport (LAS) in Las Vegas, NV. Prior to hiring on with TSA, I worked at the City of Burbank Police Department in Burbank, CA from 1991 through 2002 as a jailer. In addition to my work duties at TSA, I am a guest blogger on TSA’s Evolution of Security Blog (EoS) and offer insight into TSA’s aviation security regulations as well as provide a glimpse of the duties that TSA inspectors perform nationwide. |
