| Introduction | I'm an Irish graduate student at Harvard University, studying public policy. I am especially interested in two areas; political and economic philosophy and international development. This summer I was awarded a Cultural Bridge fellowship with the Woman and Public Policy Program at Harvard to work for the Royal Government of Bhutan. I will be placed in the Ministry of Planning (also known as the Gross National Happiness Commission), and working on institutional development, with special emphasis on the women empowerment. |
