| Introduction | I am a Christian, not the kind that just uses the word Christian, because it sounds good, makes you look, or feel good. I am in relationship with Jesus Christ. I'm not perfect by any means, but striving to be more like Christ. I'm happily married to a wonderful man. I've been married for 26 years, and counting. Recently, I'm working from home. I love to come up with new color combinations for my self striping yarn. You will find me home most days working with fiber, either with the yarn, or with quilting fabric. When the weather is cooler I will be out in the yarn playing in the dirt. Life is good, it's not always pretty, or exactly the way I would like it to be. My goal is to be a godly woman with a heart of contentment, and hands that are busy, a mouth that is tame. I want my life to measure up to what I say, walk the talk. I'm working on procrastination daily. If I update my blog I'm doing good. If someone visits my home, and I welcome them in, I'm doing really good. Life is good when you are not just watching it pass you by, but when you are actively living it. |
