Introduction So far: I'm a writer, mainly of short stories, and have been published in various anthologies, including The Bridport Prize 2009 and The Willesden Herald Short Story Prize 2011. Most recently I was a runner up in The Guardian Summer Reads competition. I work at a University as a notetaker and in a cinema bar to keep the money coming in. I'm 31.

Favorite Movies Le Donk and Scor-Zay-Zee, Eagle Vs Shark, Kind Hearts and Coronets, Jesus' Son, Little Miss Sunshine, Girls Just Want To Have Fun, Cry Baby, Junebug, Coraline, Nightmare Before Christmas, Oh Yes:, I watch A LOT of kids' films because I run a Kids' film club where I work.

Favorite Books Most of Ali Smith's, especially 'The Accidental', 'Behind the Scenes at the Museum (Kate Atkinson), 'Revolutionary Road' (Richard Yates), Secret History (Donna Tartt), No One Belongs Here More Than You (Miranda July), A collection of short stories by Tim Winton - I think called 'The Turning', Some Raymond Carver. 'Life After God' (Douglas Coupland), 'Time Traveler's Wife' (Audrey Niffeneger), All the 'Adrian Mole' books, 'Time Waster's Letters/Diary'.
