Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I do, I DO wear scarves. I even recently purchased a Priya scarf holder at Jysk because I own so many! I think I could have been an flight attendant I love them so much. Plus I have a really long neck so they just make sense in my world. Also, my Grams just made me a new one and it's pretty damn schnazzy.
