Introduction Started my lifestyle change journey back in January 2015. Taking it one day at a time. Determined I was not going to fall into old habits. First step running again 3-4 times a week. Second step started taking PiYo classes 30min twice a week. Third step downloaded myfitnesspal Fourth step took the first plunge with 21 Day Fix Extreme plus Shakeology. Fifth step become a Beachbody coach to share my story and help others.
