| Introduction | Hi, I'm Apeksha, a 20-something girl from India. I live for the simple pleasures of life, with food being one of them! Being a bit of a compulsive cook, I spend a lot of time in the kitchen…and enjoy creating vegetarian versions of cuisines from all over the world. Always enjoyed cooking, and having started pretty early in life......I can safely say that it comes naturally to me! But of course, I'm always learning and have a long way to go! The inspiration and motivation to start this blog came from my husband Rishab, my biggest fan and critic :) He's the one who made me realize that I could put my talent to better use. We do make a pretty good team, with him being a big foodie and me loving to cook for others. The appreciation I get from people when they like what I cook keeps me smiling all day! Apart from cooking, I love languages…speak pretty fluent French and bits of Spanish and German (which I hope to build on soon). Travelling is another huge passion of mine! I hope you enjoy my culinary adventure as much as I do :-) |
