Introduction Welcome to WHOLE! I have been whole foods plant-based (WFPB) since 2016 and, because I'm a mother and wife, I've been cooking a LOT of WFPB meals in that time. I recently earned a plant based nutrition certificate from Cornell and decided now was the time to share some of my favorite WFBP recipes. I cook almost exclusively with no oil as well, but if there is added oil in any of my recipes I will let you know.
