Introduction Start Date June 9th 2013 Start Weight 217 lbslbs Current My goal Weight 160lbs Weekly weight in goal: To lose a pound a week. More would be Fantastic! Daily goals: Is what I am going to eat going to make me healthy and keep me in the losing...Drink more water before I eat and when I 'think' I am hungry! Exercise daily. Don't EVER give up on myself! I know I can do this!!
