Introduction	I love to cook, travel, want to see the world, experience different cultures and eat different foods. Life is short and we only get to live it once. Since moving to England and looking for a job (I'm a project Engineer) I've had some time on my hands to learn, read other blogs and enjoy cooking. My girlfriend recommended that I start a food blog. I was a little hesitant at first because I am not the greatest writer but I'm always up for a challenge and thought this would be a great way to document and share my recipes with family and friends. I decided "what the hell" and gave it a go and believe it or not it was quite fun. I'm just a newbie so bare with me as I continue to learn and build this blog. Thanks for coming by.
