| Introduction | I collect cookbooks and pride myself on having an impressive collection of cooking gadgets! I love to cook outside on the grill or over a fire especially. My favorite type of food is Thai, followed by Indian at a close second. I also really like Ethiopian food... I guess you could say I like most ethnic food - both for the spice and for the availability of vegan options. I try to find time most days to workout. I have a dog and two cats, but no children. Some would say I've taken on pets in lieu of kids... sounds 'bout accurate to me! |
