| Introduction | Born in 1969, in Montreal Quebec, from parents of Greek descent I have had the great fortune of discovering the diverse cultures that colour our world. I discovered early on my excitement for drawing when I was still in elementary and was able to recreate an image by pencil or charcoal and make it come alive. That excitement carried through to my early 20's where I attended a private school and studied graphic design at the Academy of Arts. I fell into painting after having a group project and visiting another students home.While there I was impressed by her paintings. Today painting has become one of my passions.I have two inspirations for painting.People and Roses. People for their colour and expressions,and roses because I find they often parallel human existence. Take time to smell the Roses. |
