| Introduction | I have been baking since I was pretty much old enough to stand. Ever since burning my fingers on my easy bake oven, I was hooked. I believe I inherited my love and gift of baking from my Avó (which is Portuguese for Grandmother). She had such a love and passion for food, it was hard not to become caught up in the flavors, textures, and love she poured into each recipe. I put the same care in each Cupcake and baked good I make. I’ve always loved showing people how much I care about them through baking. That first bite and “Mmmmmm” is what keeps me striving to make the best Cupcakes that, not only look too good to eat, but also taste delicious.
