| Introduction | A very warm welcome to CONNECT, the Campus Services Blog. Campus Services is responsible for providing a wide range of support services to the whole University many of which are available, 7 days a week for the full 52 weeks of the year. As a consequence of this Campus Services staff have more day to day contact with other staff, students and visitors than most of the University and as such we are very well placed to deliver a truly customer centred service. The CONNECT blog is available to all staff and students and forms a primary means of communication with our customers. Within it you will find key information and links which show how staff from across Campus Services in Facilities Services, Commercial Services, IT Services and Learning Services sections are working together to improve service delivery.
