Introduction	Basically, I am your everyday fat man living in western Virginia. I'm 40 year's old, weigh 330 pounds, and have been overweight since before High School. I decided to do this blog really for 2 reasons. The first reason is accountability. It makes it a lot harder to give up and quit when you share your story with the world. I'm hoping to find a lot of new friends through this blog and I believe their support may be the secret weapon I need to help me stick to my plan. The second reason why I'm doing this is to hopefully inspire others to take control of their lives. Whatever the problem and no matter how many times you've tried and failed, you have to keep on fighting!
