| Introduction | At 26 years old, Patricia blames her total inability to tan on the fact that as a child she never saw any reason to venture outdoors. After all, her books and imaginary worlds and stories were inside (as was air conditioning). A die-hard fan of all things involving the written word since she can remember, Patricia has seen her way through a number of reading and writing phases including, children's series books, historical fiction, classics, mysteries, thrillers, chick-lit and everything in between. Since stumbling upon YA in 2008, her addiction to books has increased exponentially (much to the chagrin of her bank account, overworked bookshelves, and data-jam-packed Kindle). Patricia currently works as a Senior Editor at Spencer Hill Press and is the Lead Editor of Spencer Hill Contemporary. In addition to books and writing, Patricia can be found spending time with her wonderful (and incredibly supportive) husband and their two tiny humans.
