| Favorite Books | A favorite book would be one that I have read at least 3 times and which has had a major impact in my life or provided a great mental diversion and allowed the imagination to soar...First and foremost the Bible. After that, in no particular order: LOTR/The Hobbit, Long's Memoirs of Robert E Lee, MacArthur's The Gospel According to Jesus, Sproul's The Holiness of God, Jenkin's A Walk Across America, Feist's Riftwar saga trilogy, the various Sherlock Holmes stories, those by Twain as well. I will include as newer favorites: anything by Mark Dever or Dan Phillips whose books I've not currently read cover-to-cover 3 times but will have in the next year or two I'm sure |
