Introduction | I am a lover of life and all it has to offer. I enjoy writing about things that make my life work, places I love to visit, healthy lifestyle activities such a chi kung, meditiation and juicing. I'm an avid fan of clay, ceramic, polymer and the new metal clays. I am constantly learning new things that are of interest to me. I practice mindfulness in my moment to moment daily life and, as a result, I am becoming more and more authentic, direct and playful. I believe we all have everything we need at any given moment and that being still is the key to discovering this. |
Interests | Writing, social media, arts, human connectedness, mindfulness, meditation, chi kung, polymer and metal clay, mixed media, nature walking. |
Favorite Books | The Art Of Polymer Clay (by Donna kato), 400 Polmer Clay Designs, Foundations in Polymer Clay, Polymer The Chameleon Clay, Faux Surfaces in Polymer Clay, Art Jewelry Magazine, Polymer Cafe Magazines and last but certainly not least, The Natural State by John Wheeler, Awakening to the Dream by Leo Hartong and Loving What Is, Four Questions That Can Change Your Life by Byron Katie |
