| Introduction | A twenty something doctor of chemistry currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at Johns Hopkins University who loves to cook in my "free time". The last five years of graduate school took a toll on my favorite hobby of cooking new and interesting things. In the interest of remedying that over the next few weeks and months my goal is to get me back in the habit of cooking new things by cooking a new recipe each week. The new recipe only counts if if comes from a cookbook, as I have accumulated quite a collection over the last 5 years, but somehow only end up cooking recipes from the internet. Enjoy! |
