Introduction | I am a SAHM to 2 darling kids and 2 (somewhat, sometimes) darling dogs. I am happily married to my high school sweetheart, who turned out to be not only super cute and tons of fun, but also a really amazing husband and father. I love all things pretty. I love frills and ruffles. I love to use power tools all by myself - please don't offer to help! I love to cook, to sew, to paper craft, to refinish furniture, to redecorate rooms, to work in the yard, to MAKE anything in any way with my own two hands. You can contact me at mandy.moody@comcast.net - I love email! |
Interests | Reading, TV and movies, working out, scrapbooking, sewing, playing games, photography...too many to list! |
Favorite Movies | Matt has turned me into a sci-fi/fantasy geek and I now include the LOTR trilogy as one of my favorite movies, as well as Star Wars episode 3. Jurassic Park has long been a favorite movie, as has Independence Day. My favorite girly movies have got to be Hope Floats and The Sound of Music. I love anything to do with Aliens, like Signs... Really, I'll watch about anything :) |
Favorite Music | My favorite song in the whole world is Smooth by Rob Thomas and Santana. I love anything by Rob Thomas or Matchbox 20, Marroon 5 and Christina Aguilara. I'm a sucker for pop music with a catchy chorus and an upbeat rythm. |
Favorite Books | The Here Be Dragons trilogy by Sharon Kay Penman, The Mayfair Witches trilogy by Anne Rice, Lucifer's Hammer, Gone With the Wind, The Stand...anything by Dean Koontz, and recently historical fiction has become a near obsession. |
