| Introduction | Hi everyone! After being in the business of buying and selling vintage wares for the past 6 years, and having favoured our home to have the busy look before, we now had a change of heart and decided to go for a minimalistic look, instead. This blog will be about our journey to modify the overall look of our home by re-decorating every room. It will be time consuming and a painstakingly job but hopefully we will be able to achieve a stylish home on a shoe string budget. Our top priority is that our family home will still be welcoming, but easier on the eye and much easier to keep clean too! So less really is more, in our case. The main colours that we decided to use are black and white and chrome/silver in every room. My main problem is to avoid the rooms to look to masculine. Hopefully they will be glamorous and have a bit of wow factor without being too over the top. I`m welcoming you to follow our journey and I`m looking forward to meet you all, along the way... |
