| Introduction | I am completely head-over-heels in love with food. Life is food, life is good, and when it’s not, it still is to me. The unending surprise that food offers; it’s a never-ending journey. The more you learn, the more you realize you do not yet know. That's my take on living. I simply want to share my life to my family living abroad. So I created this diary of silly thing called life and cooking. No harm no fool but it is true from a cook and an avid cookbook collector. At the end of each posting, you will find some inspirational quote, song of the day, culinary term I just learned each day, or etc. Food is my life, cooking is my soul, kitchen is such a hell hotest place to be but I love that sweaty moment more than anything I have done in life. |
