Introduction I'm Don Mroz, Provost & Dean of the School of Business at Post University. I've spent my career helping businesses find new ways to prosper. What interests me most is helping people tackle opportunities in a world filled with constant change. I've spent a lot of time working with the auto, health care, and non-profit industries, and on strategy and leadership development. I've spent the past two years as Director of Post's Online MBA Degree Program and helped create our Corporate Innovation and Leadership concentrations. I've also consulted to boards of education, principals, and educators. I wrote the chapter "Positive Organizational Scholarship Leaps into the World of Work" in the "Oxford Handbook of Positive Psychology and Work." I hold a Ph.D. in human and organization systems, master's degrees in human and organizational development and in guidance and counseling, and a bachelor's degree in industry and technology. More on my background can be found on Post's website. You can read my blog posts here.
