| Introduction | My name is Meredith Ullery. I am married to a wonderful man and have 2 shitzus named Bella and Chloe. I have been heavy most of my life, and I have finally decided to change my lifestyle to lose weight so that I can have the life I have always wanted. I have always joked that I need to lose enough weight to equal that of a high school cheerleader, so I titled this blog "How I Lost a Cheerleader". Here I plan to record my daily thoughts and meals in hopes of helping and inspiring others to do the same. I am very creative in the kitchen, and I love to cook. I love food and everything about it. People always ask me for the recipes of the foods that I talk about on Facebook and in person. So I decided to blog about it in hopes of helping others out. Hope you like it. |
