| Introduction | I'm a Melbourne girl who is totally obsessed with food! (this feels like rehab for the food junkie) A couple of years ago my loving boyfriend, Daz, bought me a subscription to Gourmet Traveller. Little did he know this was the greatest present he could have ever bought me, while at the same time cursing his and my life forever. Since that day I've set out to eat the best food I can get my hands on. Some people worship gods, rock stars and to a lesser extent reality stars, me? I worship the high end cusine chefs. For their talent and creativity, and mostly for their magical ability of preventing me from losing weight. How do they do it?? Becoming a chef by profession is not an option for me, but this blog will at least let me live out my fantasies, even if it is for just Daz’s enjoyment. And even though I dont have a CEO's paycheck, I won't let the lack of financial funds stand in between me and my foie gras! |
