| Introduction | I get paid money to write TV. I'm a recovering television producer & journalist, and I represent the Central Region on the Council of the Writers Guild of Canada. I co-created ACROSS THE RIVER TO MOTOR CITY, have written episodes of BLOOD TIES, STARGATE: UNIVERSE, RENT-A-GOALIE, and THE BORDER. I hold fiercely to the vision of a place for Canadian stories on Canadian TV, despite what seems like an endlessly depressing gaming of the system here. I believe in Showrunning, great characters, & that the idea is not as important as the execution of the idea. I like hats, big cities, redheads, and tall brunettes with eyes you can fall into. I hope one day to speak French fluently, hang out in NY whenever I want, and write in front of a bay window with a moody coastal view -- be it Maine, Newfoundland, Florida, etc... |
