Introduction	I came to the Seattle area from Russia in 2005, to start a family and a new life. Since the age of five I have been making and selling custom knot work (macrame) for over 20 years; as art, decoration, displays, jewelry, traditional curtains, and fashion. However I have just started in America and am loving bringing my passion to a new world of people. Knot Art is the culmination of my husband and I, he has a degree in design and art and has his own unique style of photography, painting, and sculpture. He draws up many ideas for me to try to duplicate in knot work and has been a big hit locally with those who know what we do and can do. With the addition of a new child we needed a way for mommy to make a living at home and not go crazy. Well our little girl loves to watch mommy make things and she sure adds her own humor to the process
